Carnevale begins in the Galleria with a social hour (cash bar) during which the Italian Conference Center’s scrumptious hors d’oeuvres are served, after which, attendees are invited to enter the Pompeii Grand Ballroom for a sumptuous dinner.
Dinner features a double entrée – a petite filet mignon w/ Bordelaise sauce, Chicken Milanese, Tomato Parmesan, Fresh Vegetable Medley, Baked Potato, Italian Salad, Italian Bread, Dessert. Red and White Wine on the table when guests take their seats.
Coronation of Royalty
The highlight of the evening will be the coronation of the 2012 Royalty.

Meet the 2012 Carnevale Royalty
The colorful coronation ceremony of the ICC’s 2012 royalty will be followed by dancing to The Brew City Horns, a 22-piece band, performances by spectacular Italian folk dance group, Tradizione Vivente, late-night fireworks by Bartolotta Fireworks to light up the sky, and an abundant sweets table.
