Sabrina Lupoli was born and raised in the Puglia region of Italy. She holds two Master’s degrees, one in Education and one in Teaching Italian Language and Culture to Foreign Students. She is an experienced Italian language educator with a strong commitment to promoting the Italian language and culture.

As an elementary Italian teacher, Sabrina received two awards: a national award for excellence and innovation in Italian teaching (K–12), and an award from the Italian Consulate of Chicago for Leadership in the Teaching of the Italian Language and Culture.

Sabrina also served as an Executive Director of WisItalia, a 501(c)(3) charitable organization dedicated to fostering the study of the Italian language and promoting Italian culture. During its operation, the organization worked in collaboration with the Italian Consulate of Chicago.

Sabrina has shared her time and talent with the Italian Community Center by volunteering at events such as “Student Immersion Day,” “Holiday Folk Fair International,” “Festa Italiana,” and “Taste of Italy.” In 2026, she was honored to serve as Regina at Carnevale. She was recently elected to serve as a board member of the Italian Community Center (ICC).

Sabrina is committed to the preservation and promotion of the Italian language and culture. She has taught Italian classes at the ICC for the past two years and continues to contribute to the Italian-American community through education and community involvement.

She is currently pursuing an additional Master’s degree at the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee, further expanding her academic and professional expertise.
