Adult Italian Language Classes
In this 8-week class, participants will be introduced to the basics of the Italian language and celebrate Italian culture. Participants will learn common vocabulary and a foundation to the grammatical structure needed to develop simple reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills. No prior knowledge of the Italian Language is required for this class.
Intro to Italian I
Intro to Italian II
In this 8-week class, participants will continue learning the basics by expanding on the grammatical structure needed for incremental advancement in the language. With focus on Italian culture, essential vocabulary is used to engage the participants in conversation and expression while helping to increase proficiency in reading, writing and comprehension. Some prior knowledge of the Italian Language is recommended for this class or have taken Intro to Italian I.
Italian Language through Culture
In this 8-week class, participants will learn about Italian Culture using vocabulary and basic sentence structures in the Italian Language. Participants will explore regions of Italy through geography, food, art, and music while building on their Italian Language competency. This class is designed for students that have taken some fundamental Italian courses and are ready to go beyond the basics.
Intermediate Reading and conversation
In this 8-week class, students will read short stories to increase comprehension, stimulate conversation and perfect grammar. This is an instructor-led class geared to students who already have an intermediate foundation of the Language.
